David has increased the information that the Executive Board and Trustees are given with each weekly Financial Report. They see all outgoing payments. Transfers between accounts are listed. All incoming Work Referral Fee checks are listed in the report. They can see the balances of all Local 720 accounts, as well as balance histories. The weekly report shows all payroll issued to Local 720 employees and details about over-time expenses. David brings the details for those payments and transfers to each Executive Board meeting so that questions may be answered promptly. All that information is preserved for the Trustees and professional Auditors.
