LOCAL 720 PENSION PLAN

In a world where pensions are quickly disappearing for workers in private industry IATSE Local 720 workers do have a pension plan that will pay them a defined benefit in their retirement. There are many people concerned with the status of our pension plan. The Trustees of the Pension Fund have plans for the growth of this benefit. The Secretary-Treasurer of Local 720 is not automatically a Trustee of this plan. However, as a voice on the Executive Board, I pledge to be sure that pension issues and pension contributions in our contracts are part of the discussions.
